2 months has passed since Hari Raya Aidilfitri.. but i just found time to upload the pictures and tell my story.
This time we celebrated Hari Raya in my hometown Sungai Limau, Kedah  It was also the first time for Sorfina & Sahira (2007: raya in Puchong since i was in confinement, 2008: raya in my husband's hometown).Therefor this year, i was soooooo excited..(ye laa raya kat kampung sendiri.. sapa tak seronok kan  ) At least my children get to spend time with their 'Nenek Abu & Nenek Aishah' ( in Kedah we call Nenek but some places uses Moyang), play with the fishes, chickens, gooses.. u know all the kampung elements  owh and not to forget my favourite.. to enjoy the beautiful paddy field scenery... sungguh laaa suka (u can tell that i love my kampung very much!) But on the 2nd day, we were off to my husband's hometown pulak.. so i made a point to come back since the visit was so short 
And guess what? we just came back from Kedah yesterday yeay!! Spend 4 days and 3 niths this time. Also had the previliged to snap some pictures of my beautiful princesses
Sahira is already standing on her on two feet! but has not learn to walk on her own yet. Masih lagi meniti di tepi2 cushion First word... apa lagi kalau bukan MAMA (bangga2 hihihi)
Sorfina pulak makin bijak.... selalu la meng test tahap kesabaran mama nyer ini  Like my mom always say... 'Budak bijak Ngah...memang banyak akal.. sabaq ja la). She has come to make many complete sentences too. Jadi seronok lah sesapa yg menelefon because she can converse well and i find it very amusing when talking to her but she is quite shy with stangers (at least that makes my mind at piece so i am not that worried with her talking to strangers).
What else? i actually have lots of things to tell but now they dont seem to be coming to me. So i think i'll just leave you with the pictures that i have taken.. tata

This entry is a mix of many celebrations that we had in the last past weeks or past months to be exact. Its been really hectic for me these last few weeks hence in the delayed of uploading these pics. Lets see if i can still summarize the events... There were Abg Hisham's b'day (along cham to Sorfina..coincidently, it was school holiday so they celebrated it with the whole family in Puchong) , Fathers day and My birthday!!! hihi... i was expecting a perfume as a gift since two years in a row i got perfume..we didnt go anywhere special but i got an extremely surprising gift from my beloved  Thank you dear muah muah muah 
And of course, my entry won't be complete if i didnt include my darlings progresses
Sorfina's progress in this small world...
Her vocubalary increases by the seconds!!
Its amazing what small kids can learn in such short time. Dah pandai do simple sentence like 'nak ikut sekali, nak turun sendiri, nak main wee(nak main kat playground), nak mama buatkan, tok ada kot' and paling mahal dah pandai sebut 'Wan Hamid' and 'Along Cham' (its supposed to be Pak Long Hisham)
Knows how to use a smart tag and recognise tol house. Once she even held a fit 'meragam' wanting us to go through tol houses (masa tu ikut bukit jalil mana lalu tol.. sabo je la)
Acs like an  during visit to the doctor. I think its because she saw Sahira behave when the doc examine her plus, she always gets to eat 1 vitamin per visit. So i guess to her, doctor dah x jadi LION dah la.
Not afraid of eating medicine (siap buat2 batuk sebab nak mkn ubat)
Loves her sister dearly..(kejap2 nak cium baby, nak peluk baby, nak kiss baby)
LOVES makeup (checkout her makeup session pictures)
I dont know where she got this from but one fine day, she said...
Sorfina: Mama mok papa mok adik mok
Mama: Kalau mama mok, Sorfina?
Sorfina: Tak..
Mama: Sorfina mok tak?
Sorina: Tak pon
Owh.. and she ended up saying her papa Chem (handsome)

SORFINA & SAHIRA'S MILESTONE
|
|
Sorfina is 1 yr & 6 month old. Her little sister, Sahira is 4 month.
Sorfina's Milestone
1. Can sing along to the radio (in her own language that is). All i can understand are the last word is each sentence
2. Eats properly by feeding herself in her own baby chair. If you ask me, its quite a sight to see
3. Loves her sister a whole lot. Once, she even tried to hug her sister by picking Sahira up (menggelabah jugak lah tok dgn mama dia masa tu sebab dah separuh badan adik dia terangkat).
4. If Sahira cries or anything, she would come to me and say 'Ma, adik nangis' or 'Mama! adik.. adik'.
5. When its eating time, she would call us to go to the kitchen and eat 'Ma mkn, Papa mkn, Tok mkn' (kalau semua ada, semua org she panggil ajak mkn sekali hehe).
6. Dah pandai pakai kasut sendiri dah
7. Whenever she is going out (follow her Pak Lang/Pak Njang or Papa to petrol station or shop nearby), she will 'salam, kiss & hug' whoever she leaves behind. Normally her adik and mama lah tu. (siap boleh cakap..babai adik..babai mama)
8. No matter what kind of sport is on the TV, tak kisah laa bola ka, tennis ka, badminton ka she would say 'GOL!!' with both hands flying up high over her head
9. Last but not least, when its time to sleep she would switch off the TV and lights (ada sekali tu her papa & Pak Njang tgh tgk tv, she bantai jgk tutup.. nak tido punya pasal )
Sahira's Milestone
1. At the age of 4 month, she already has 2 teeth.
2. Can already roll over.
3. Loves to suck her fingers.
4. I think she is trying to learn how to crawl. But its quite difficult with 1 hand in her mouth which only leave one free hand.
5. Likes to watch TV (leka ja she tgk TV if it happens to be on).
To wrap it all up, i just love watching my kids new discoveries

Rewind

Lets rewind back to a day before i gave birth to Sahira shall we.
It was supposed to be updated a long time ago but since the pictures asyik 'terperap' dlm camera ja sampai dah beranak baru nak update 
Last December my hubby, Sorfina, my inlaws & i went up the hill to Cameron Highland. Konon2 nak bwk Sorfina berjalan laa since the last time she went there she was like 4 months old and i dont think she remembered the trip. So this time, she had quite a blast up there
The whether was on our side too. It only rained on the 1st day. But it did not stop us from going berry hunting! Hehehe.... x sempat nak check in terus pegi strawberry park. Sorfina suka sangat... she ate lotsa berrys, pow mama punya strawberry juice. Oh, and she had her first 'ride' (ala... mende yg masuk coins pastu dia goyang2 kluar music tu..) Usually the music is universal tp ride tu kluar music cina plak... heheh blasah je la Sorfina.. janji happy

Hello WORLD!!!! Finally got the chance to update some pics of my angels

Name: Nurin Sahira Bt Shahril Effendi
DOB: 7th February 2009
Weight: 2.8 kg
Length: 49 cm
Sahira was born a week early. A regular checkup turn to be the day i gave birth to my second angel, Nurin Sahira
Sorfina's reaction when she found out that she has a little sister? Blur at first. Sian tgk pon ada hahaha. Hmmm But now she is adjusting slowly. Her favourite passtime now is calling her adik "Aby.. Aby..." I think what she is trying to say is "Eh , baby.. eh baby..."

Puasa, Raya & Many more

Its been a long time since my last update. Lots of things has happened too. Which i am not sure if i could tell it all in just one entry. But here are the summary
1. I'm 5 month pregnant ( which explains why i didnt update this fotopage for so long. I was one of those lucky ones who experience major sickness day & night) But no worries,its all gone now ( i hope)
2. Sorfina has started walking. Right after she turned a year old. Her birthday was during the fasting month (5th September) so we just had a small family celebration. I think theres a picture of her blowing a candle (mama dia yg excited nak tiup sebenarnye)
3. Sorfina grew a few more teeth too (so i could bite u with mama) hehe. Gigi kecik2 pon tajam. now she likes to bite people. especially our fingers. wonder whom she got that from
4. Raya at Kuala Kangsar.Eventhough this is our 2nd raya as a family, it was our (Sorfina & i) first time celebrating Hari Raya in her papa's home town (last yr i raya dlm pantang kat Puchong ja  )
It was quite an experience. Very meriah and kecoh hehe ( my mother in law came from a big family. So u could imagine just how many uncles, aunties, cousins, niece and nephews there were). I pancit right after the 1st day. Mana taknya, balik rumah opah ja, Sorfina couldnt stop running around back and forth (terlebih excited kot). Kalau lari sorang2 takpe, ni heret mama dia sekali. Sakit pinggang den.
In the evening of the 2nd day of raya, we balik Sungai Limau and stay there for a night. Kat situ pulak, si kecik tu sibuk nak kacau ikan talapia. The fishes are more afraid of her then she was of them.
(It were swimming happily in a basin waiting for Tok & DikNun to siang when suddenly a small little girl stick jer hands in the basin and made there lives huru hara ). There were about 20 talapia fishes which Pak Ngah caught from the Kolam for lunch...nak panggang cicah air asam. Menu for lunch that day were very simple. ayam panggang, ikan talapia bakar, air asam and plain white rice. Mak Ngah cooked up some hati and pedal goreng too. We ate under the asam tree outside the house. Bessttttt sangat
Then her papa took her naik motor atas batas. Hehe... tu pon, tak gayat langsung. Kat Kuala pon she kemaruk naik motor. Petang ja mesti kacau nak naik motor.

Back to Kuantan
|
|
Howdy doo!! During the 3 days holiday (wesak fell on Monday). Abang, Sorfina and i went back to Kuantan. Lama gila tak balik sana jadi banyak la benda dlm kepala otak ni
Among activities done during the weekends:-
Saturday
Morning: Went to the newest and hippest shopping mall in Kuantan heheh The East Coast Mall.
Evening: Rest and hibernate in the afternoon till evening.
Night: Makan ikan bakar!! mana lagi kalau bukan Tanjung Lumpur... yum yum. Even Sorfina had her piece of fish and drinks (tumpahkan mama punya air laici)
Sunday
Morning: Breakfast at Zaman! A must if u come to Kuantan They serve many kind of food but their bestseller is Nasi Lemak of course. For me, its quite a unique restraunt since except for cleaning up the tables and ordering drinks, it is fully self serve. i had to cross the kitchen to line up for the nasi lemak (there is 2 makcik dedicated to only packed the nasi lemak). Makan dengan ayam goreng.. sedaaap heheh.
After filling up our stomach (i counted we ate 5 bungkus ), My hubby brought Sorfina and i to TC for a stroll and ice-cream (boleh makan lagi tu ). Dah ambik2 angin pantai, we head back to Kempadang.
Evening: Main ATV and went boating. Aaaaa so for those who wants to try ATV, boating, kayak,bbq near the seaside and many more, you can experience it all at Kempville Resort There's a link in my for more info about the resort. Jadi sudi2kan lah hehe
Night: Had dinner at home. But after that my dad ajak lepak kat WWWF (WildWildWest i forgot what F standsfor). Makan laicikang, kueyteow and chickne chop. Boleh tahan jugaklah makanan kat situ.
Monday
Morning: Packed and head back to Puchong. My dad and sis was supposed to convoy together but something came up so they went back a day later.
All in all, i had a GREAT time in Kuantan and i'm sure Sorfina enjoyed it too

Up & About

Sorfina laa ni byk buat mama dia heart attack lah. Dont be surprised that my darling Sorfina is already trying to go up the winding staircase! Kena selalu tgk lah alamatnya. Once, she even managed to climb all the way up by herself (Siap ada pit stop kat tgh2 tangga utk tgk pasu bunga)
Another progress is that when she gets on her feet, automatically her hands will let go of anything that she is holding on to( konon2 dah pandai balance la tuh).
Among other things that she did during her 7th & 8 mth in this world...
1. Mula nak menapak.
2. Seems to be screaming a lot. (Especially in public spaces like shopping malls & restaurants).
3. Dah buleh duduk dlm baby chair (but not more than 10 minutes than she'll get restless)
4. Semua benda nak panjat ( tangga, bakul, beg, kusyen, mama dia pon dia nak panjat jugak huhu)
Last but not least, makin MANJA anak mama & papa ni :

hehe. I laugh out loud when I read on what you wrote about her. Haha. Especially yg part "gol" tuh (byk sgt tgk bola dgn pak Njang dia ni.hehe). Aadiyat always tell me stories about her (I think almost everyday! hehe), what she did and all that (plus all the habits etc). That's why byk sgt beli brg utk Sorfina. Pegi mana2 mesti teringat. Sorfina dah besar dah and now we have Sahira. Sahira yang tembam.
